acceptable stay though some drawbacks

the room was super cute and clean. i loved the design and decorations. there were some trolleys to move luggages easier. breakfast was quite good, i found the staff friendly and happy to help though.

some activities were not available. shops and restaurants are far away and everything in place felt overpriced. for such a place and price, i think the rooms were not well cleaned and felt dusty.

the cabins have limited hot water. only 20 minutes are available every 2 hours. also, i found the food terrible, with limited options due to dietary restrictions.

The staff was so friendly. They helped with our luggage immediately. i also loved the rooftop window in the kammi glass igloo suite. Watching for aurora lights from bed was special. the experiences available added much value too
